My Story

Maryna King is an interior designer based on the Sunshine Coast and is an International School of Colour and Design and the Interior Design Academy graduate with over 20 years of experience in design. 

The quintessential creative personality, Maryna's career has always centred on crafting beautiful things. She began her professional life in South Africa as a graphic designer, which soon evolved into running her own event styling business, working with clients like Nokia, Jaguar, St. Ryges Hotel and more. From there, the step to interior design was inevitable. 

From South Africa, she made her way to Dubai, then Singapore and Macau, and finally Brisbane & Sunshine Coast, Australia. Her work has featured in Brisbane's Courier-Mail, magazines, appeared as a guest speaker on the radio and conducted several interior workshop with large retailers.

In addition to her design work, Maryna has also established her own Cushion and Accessory range called The Cushion Accessory Co. She has also developed her own interior styling software, showcasing her dedication to innovation and enhancing the design process.
